Meet : Lisgar Road (not to be confused with Lisgar St. downtown) at Buenavista Rd. in Rockcliffe Park.  There is also parking here if you come by car.

We will have a brief stationary instruction session before heading out on the bikes on quiet roads to practice.

Please make sure you bring your bike and helmet.
