This is a 7-day H&S based in Penticton, BC. Penticton is located at the south end of the Okanagan Lake. Okanagan Valley is Canada’s premier wine producing district, boasting over 80 wineries, eight craft breweries and two cideries.

This often talked about Vancouver Hub and Spoke will be headquartered on the picturesque University of British Columbia campus. 

The National Capital Region chapter invites you to come to Quebec’s Cantons-de-l’Est (Eastern Townships) region for a week of cycling in the spring of 2025.

Pedal the Comox Valley on Vancouver Island as well as Denman, Hornby and Quadra Islands

Based from Merritt, B.C., we’ll explore six scenic, Nicola Valley Grasslands ranch roads. These are mostly gravel road routes on the dry side of B.C.’s Coast Mountains, between Kamloops and Princeton. Bring your camera and binoculars for a series of BC backroads cycling adventures!

Join us for a fall Hub and Spoke based out of Napanee Ontario, located midway between Toronto and Ottawa. Enjoy a variety of rides south of Napanee to Prince Edward County and Lake Ontario, as well as north of Napanee into the rolling hills of the Canadian Shield.
