About the National Capital Region Chapter

Welcome to the National Capital Region Chapter!

The National Capital Region (NCR) Chapter welcomes new members.

The Chapter draws from a geographical region around Canada’s capital, Ottawa.  As of November 27, 2025, the membership consists of 160 athetically active cyclists and outdoors enthusiasts. 

The purpose of the National Capital Chapter is to provide opportunities for cyclists of average ability to enjoy a pleasant outdoor activity, to socialize, have fun, and keep active and healthy.
