For those coming from south of the Fraser River, your adventure starts by taking the Massey Tunnel Bike Shuttle!If you are coming from north of the Fraser, park at the Woodwards Landing Park Entrance at 11551 Dyke Road. There is plenty of parking on Dyke Road as well as in the park. If using the Steveston overpass give yourself extra time because of construction. There are washrooms at the park.
Massey Tunnel Bike Shuttle Start – 9:15am Arrive at the Delta Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Information Centre located at 6201 60 Ave, Delta by 9:15am. Road side parking is available a short distance away on 64th St, just north of 60th Ave. The shuttle takes 8 cyclists, but no one will be left behind. If there are 8 cyclists by 9:15am, the driver will leave before the scheduled time of 9:30am and will return for the remaining cyclists. Woodwards Landing Park Entrance Start – 9:45am The cyclists (and leader) will be at the Park Entrance between 9:40 and 9:50am. Your start time depends on the number of cyclists taking the shuttle.
Enjoy a relaxed ride on the west side of Richmond where many of the city’s unique and significant heritage sites are located. We’ll be off our bikes at Britannia Shipyards and Terra Nova Rural Park, so bring a lock.
