Cost :  5 of the rooms have 1 bed and are $110.- per night ;  7 of the rooms have 2 beds and are $125.- per night ; Rooms until August 10, after which they will be released.

Other Information : PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

Selection will be based on a first come first served basis for the first 20 participants.   However if there are more members than available rooms, we will implement a selection/lottery process for those who are not among the group of 20.    For the latter group, please refrain from booking your room at the motel until August 4th at which time you will receive an email from either Nel or Marg indicating your acceptance.  

If you are accepted, rooms can be booked by calling the motel and mentioning you are with the CCCTS or are part of Nel’s group.
 
Bikes can be kept in the rooms.  There is no breakfast included.
 
A variety of rides will be offered during the week.  Ride with GPS Routes will follow.
 
Once you have made the reservations,  please let both Marg and Nel know.
 

Registration : Tuesday July 30th at 5:00 PM until August 3rd at 5:00 PM.
