Alex Laird will lead the ride.  The pace will be 20 – 22 kph.  Distance will be about 50 km.
 The rides occur year-round, as long as the weather is decent.
We meet at 9:30 am at Whole Foods (top level of Uptown Mall, near the intersection of Blanshard Street and Ravine Way) and leave at 10:00 am.
