Cumberland

A beautiful day for a ride!  24 riders met at the Filberg and travelled out along Dove Creek Road to the Inland highway where they made their way to Cumberland along the improved bike lane in Cumberland. Some continued along to Comox Lake but most stopped at the Wandering Moose.  Somehow, Steve managed to join us…still not sure where! Unfortunately, just at top of Dove Creek Rd.,  Roz had a flat tire so we made our way across the highway and changed it there….19 supervisors while Gary and Andy changed the tube! On our way back we made our way along the Airpark route and were happy to see they have paved over most of the roots that were sticking through making for an uncomfortable ride.
