City Country Loop

The day dawned a little wet with a 70% chance of rain but a hearty group of 9 riders met at the Filberg Centre. Looking at the ominous clouds hovering over Cumberland, we made a decision to change our route and travelled out Headquarters to Smith, then down the old highway to Huband to Waveland, Anderton, Wilkinson, Little River and a stop at the Comox Airport for refreshments, which was about 35 km. The group then went in different directions to get home. We had a very few drops of rain during the ride. The route is shown here. 

Next week we ride to Salmon Point and the following week is the ever popular Gold River ride.
