Ride Description:

Chemainus (the little town that could) once was a bustling saw milling community. Now a world famous town of past historical murals and one of the best live theatres in Canada. It is visited by tourists from all over the world. Chemainus is in the District of North Cowichan 18 km north of Duncan. The rides will consist mostly of country back roads and trails, past many picturesque rural farms. Come and enjoy a late summer ride in an easy paced community between Victoria and Nanaimo.

Aug. 2 UPDATE: Jake & Colleen will host a Meet & Greet with Appys at their House: 2717 Crozier Road, Chemainus starting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, Sept. 3.  The gathering will provide an opportunity to sign CCCTS waivers, receive route maps, meet Ride Leaders and assistants and discuss the 4-day Hub & Spoke ride details. Note: originally a group meeting was to be held on Tuesday evening, Sept. 3 at 6 p.m. at the Bald Eagle Campground. The above 5:30 p.m. Meet & Greet gathering at Jake & Colleen’s home replaces the 6 p.m. group meeting at the Campground.
