Do you have a new email address?  Or maybe you have moved or have a new phone number? If any of your contact information has changed you can easily update it by changing your Profile.  It is particularly important that you keep your email address up to date since you won’t be able to recover a lost password if your email address is invalid.

There are several ways to access your Profile page.  The easiest one is the link under the Home link at the top left of the welcome page. At the bottom of almost every page – including this page – there is a brown footer bar.  Near the middle of that footer is a link that says “Profile”.  Simply click on that link to edit your Profile. Your profile page is a fairly large form that contains all of your contact information, privacy and email preferences, etc.  Simply change the information that is incorrect and click the Update Profile button to save your changes.
