Bresilienne Loop from P5 7 – 8 km

Meet : P5 (Penguin Parking Lot, Kingsmere Rd., Old Chelsea)

Time :  10 :00 AM 

 Suggested AllTrails Route :  Up the Gatineau Parkway to the trail 80 turnoff.  Follow this, then Right onto trail 79 to follow Bresilienne in a counter clockwise direction trail.  This loop is about 6.5 km.   There is another option of an out-and-back trail at the 2.8 km mark (not factored into the distance) which goes across the Gatineau Parkway … this will probably require snowshoes.  We will ignore the connector trail at the 4.4 km mark (marked on the map)

Distance : 7-8 km. 

Group Size : 15 including leader 

What to wear/bring : Sturdy footwear, Microspikes/Snowshoes depending on conditions, Dress for the weather, Small pack for water and snack/lunch, Hiking poles, if you wish.

Apres-hike Stop-Off : Biscotti,  Scott Street, Old Chelsea
