The CCCTS is holding a quick AGM meeting on Wednesday, December 3 for our Victoria Chapter, followed by a luncheon Christmas party for members and their partners. This replaces our previously held Xmas dinner and dance events of the past. Free parking is available at the site and nobody has to drive in the dark!

We are holding the meeting at the Oak Bay Recreation Centre (1975 Bee Street) upstairs lounge, from 11:00 AM until approx. 2:30 PM; the first half hour should let us conduct the AGM, followed by the party.

We have some openings on the steering committee as a few members are stepping down after completing their two-year term; please consider joining our committee; there are only 4-5 meetings a year, including the AGM, so it is not onerous.  New ideas are always welcome!

Please RSVP to attend this event, along with the number in your party by Wednesday November 26, 2025, to: Diannecollier2@gmail.com. RSVP’s will not be accepted after this date. This will allow the rec centre to plan our food for the event. It will be a reduced menu that members can order from, making it easier to accommodate our group. Coffee, tea and a cake will be provided by our Club.
