This is a very informal gathering for coffee and then small groups form up according to ability and interest.  A very common ride is around lands end road and back along West Saanich Road with a stop at the Institute of Ocean Sciences for lunch. 

There are no formal leaders or sweeps.

Rides very in difficulty depending on who you decide to join.  All the way from easy to OMG!!
