Note: Not sure why RWGPS indicates ‘45% unpaved’ as all of the roads to Chaffey’s Locks are well paved (as of about 6 weeks ago).  I am proposing we ride the Cataraqui trail from Chaffey’s Locks to Portland.   This is a beautiful,  pastoral trail that is well groomed (no gravel), and was no problem for my 25mm tires.  However if the group wishes we can turn back onto paved roads after about 1km.’
