Time : Group 1 : 9:45 AM for 10 AM departure ; Group 2 : 10 AM for 10:15 departure

What to wear/bring : Sturdy footwear, Microspikes just in case, Dress for the weather, Small pack for water and snack/lunch, Hiking poles, if you wish.

Lunch : Picnic at the pond and/or

Coffee/snack stop after hike : Ramigab Resto-Bar, 3915 Champlain Rd., Bourget (The best I can offer)
