Meet at P15 instead of Cross Loop

Name of Hike:  Gatineau Park Cross Loop Road to Carmen Lake (ca. 12 km)

Start : Gatineau Park on Cross Loop Rd just west of Hwy 5 exit (go left at exit onto Cross Loop and parking lot is on your right)

Start Time : 10AM

Start Cross Loop road just west of Hwy 5 (go left at exit onto Cross Loop). Start at Cafferty Road going west and continue all the way to Carmen Lake. Take trail #71 left south returning to trail #70. Take #70 south to Healey cabin. Return on trail#70 to Cross Loop road and to cars.

 Group Size : 20 including leader 

What to wear/bring : Sturdy footwear, Dress for the weather, Small pack for water and snack/lunch, Hiking poles needed.

Lunch : Bring your own snack ;

Apres hike : Coffee after the hike at L’Oiseau Bleu Cafe.
