This is a ride for anyone wishing to go a faster pace than the Sunday rides.  Often the rides will not have a  leader and there will not be a sweep.  Riders who gather at Whole Foods will determine who will lead and the route.  

However, at times, someone will pre-plan a ride.  In this case, an email will go out on Monday or Tuesday to announce the route.

The pace will average 22 – 28 kph (or faster) with an average distance between  50 – 70 km.

We meet in front of Whole Foods (top level of Uptown Mall).  When Bruce Daykin leads the summer rides,  the rides will leave at 9:30 am.  All other times, the rides will leave at 10 am.
