Lunch plans : We will have a picnic lunch/snack break at the Five Span Bridge Park by the river in Pakenham at 40 km along the route. Food can also be picked up at the General Store or Keeper’s Coffee near the park. Because the bridge will be closed for construction the normal route has been changed and we will retrace our route into Pakenham for 1km (passing by Scoop’s ice cream) and then take the Ottawa Rail Trail for 7 km to join Panmure Rd.  The trail is hard packed gravel similar to the TCT.
