Be a bicycle tourist for a day in your home town. We will cycle from Britannia to Rideau Hall and return, stopping frequently to view approximately 40 of Ottawa and Gatineau’s lesser known monuments to war, peace and our history. Many of these are hiding in plain view and others are difficult to find.

Total distance is about 40 km but the tour will take about 4 1/2 hrs.

Some walking of bikes involved. 

Route and list of monuments will be e-mailed to each participant.

Picnic or restaurant lunch in Byward Market.

Tour is limited to 15 cyclists.
