1. What information you should carry with you when cycling (health Card, emergency contact information)
2. Managing a cycling accident scene
3. Basic first aid …as well as how to use a defibrillator
4. the difference in Quebec and Ontario laws
5. assessing an injury
6. what should be in a small cycling first aid kit
7. recognizing a concussion
8. Calling first responders, and following up after first responders arrive at the scene
